very unique. add lyrics to this definitely. The beginning sounds like a video games song though and try to have more of a buildup in the beginning rather than just
throwing everything at once there. Good luck in the future and I hope to hear you on XM Radio's trance channel one day.

I could totally use this in a video game escape theme or something. Just love the filtering on the drum and the samples that you used. You and yourix always make good stuff.

good stuff

good sidechaining, melody & equalization. I just have a problem with that synth from 0:30 - 0:41 that sounds like "hard mid booster" and plays throughout most of the song; it cuts into my ears. And at times when the sidechained air 3xosc effect is stopped for like 1.5 seconds with no sidechaining for example 1:15, can be abit annoying at times but that's the least of the worries. Every now and then, try to change the bass melody "abit" more often like for another 8 bars anywhere in the song. because that's the only thing that makes the song repetitive, Although the one in the beginning was very useful indeed!

Amazing job of compressing the song into four beats at the build up. What did you do? export the mp3 and then bring it back into fl and then do piano roll on C10 frequency?

Haha not hard mid booster but close :D But I personally like the bass (maybe not where you're talking about) but in the rest of the song, I'll look into changing that..
The no sidechaining, I don't know why I did that, it was just for fun/ tired of it being sidechained all the time haha :D
And then the compression, well, I exported it, then put it into the sequencer like you would with vocals so you can edit them and just shortened into four beats :D
Any other ideas for names? Couldn't really come up with any :P

pretty good

just afew things, that background pad cqn sound offtone at times & has to go and be replaced by something else. Or you could just have nothing there at all, i dunno what floats your boat.
That high pass filtering at 0:28 is just abit too much. maybe don't have it filter out so high. I find it abit hard to hear the bass too.
Other than that, I liked how the main melody shif4s from instrument to instrume... there SEE! Now I understand the title!

The piano melody just caught me right away. I feel that it is lacking a low band pass instrument though (low pitch). But it is still worth a 10/10 even without the constructive criticism!

As for the low end you think is lacking, that was a bit intentional. This song is supposed to be light and airy with no real heavy low end present. So you are right, there isn't much in terms of low frequency instruments. But that was intentional in order to keep the light and airy atmosphere.

Seeing though as alt 1 is a WIP, I guess I'll just review this one.

I can definitely see someone on NG using this as the start menu for ching chong beautiful or as a graveyard level or a final boss or anything dramatic! This is one of the best video game songs I have heard in soooo long which is the same time period between listening to one. If I knew how to use macromedia flash MX, I would use this in my video game no doubt.

seeing though as fl studio has crappy sounding instruments, get vst's:
reFX Nexus, reFX vanguard, Z3ta+. Those really transformed my music making soo much that it is soo obvious to tell. Just go to youtube on how to install it and they will have download links in the sidebars and everything!

But for now, this is a really good song for fl studio presets, so I am going to give you a good rating.
