LMAO

Thanks D00D!

missing 1 thing

house music has to have a kick drum, please add some form of drumtrack.
Although the melodies and bass were nice

nice sounding

All you need to do now is just make the kick louder and less flat with a more oomph and an oomphy bassline and you're good to go! :)
Also, try to slightly decrease the amount of sidechain and raise the volume of clap/hat.
Nice clap and effects btw. XD

Hey could you check out one of my songs? I would appreciate it, thx :)

Cyme responds:

Thank you very much for replying ;)

Thanks for the advice! This is the first time, I get some criticizm/tips from my listeners :) I will surely think of what you've said when I begin electrifying with the use of Fl Studio, as always ^^

I'll check out your songs immediately! ;D

not bad

it doesn't sound housey enough, atm it sounds unmastered:

That lead saw that plays on a high C note constantly can get annoying because it's the only thing playing and it kind of cuts at the ears, choose a different instrument for that please. Fix the drums too because I can't hear the kick drum and the hat and clap seem abit presety. Also, try to add more stuff to go in the background, like maybe another bassline instrument/saw playing on the same melody as the current one and some background melodies, maybe an arp, maybe a pad in the background lol.

Although I do have to give you props for that rising pad effect @ 0:15 to 0:22, that was pretty cool. I hope I didn't batter you too much 0_o

All in all, I can definitely see you getting better at making house music; just keep working at it and you'll get better :),
in fact I made my first one afew days ago. Would you mind checking that one out please? It's called "Rainy Day", just go to my userpage and it will be there.
Thankyou

Euphy responds:

Nice review, it's ok. :)

pretty good

Try to master your volumes abit better because it seems though as if the song itself is too loud and the bass or kick drum is taking up all of the volume and badly/messily sidechaining the lead saw. In the 2nd half of the song, your kick drum is flat, and fix that up too.

Although I gotta give you props for the melodies and instrument choice. the arp you added in the last quarter was a good choice.

This is just my two cents for you, you have potential with music and I can see you getting better at this. Keep it up :)

P.S. Can you check out one of my newest songs? I make dance/trance/techno and recently a house song. Thankyou
~DjDO~

legit

yo dude you gotta finish this, you have a great singing voice and I constantly listened to lets play pirates.
Have you ever considered going on itunes? make more songs with singing and words like lets play pirates and relapse and you'll be the next basshunter.

P.S. Would you mind checking out one of my newest songs? I make mainly dance/trance/techno and just afew days ago a house song. thank you

good luck getting famous (although not that you'll be needing it)
:) XD

Argyros responds:

It is finished, and it is on iTunes as well as Spotify.

Thanks for the kind words!

Original

The beat was amazing and the vocals just make it funny. I can see someone using this in a 1.5/5 rating animation and everyone rating it 10/10 because it was so amazing. I just love the vocals.

missing one thing

All it needs now is some bass and it will be complete.

Everything else is great, the melody arrangements and the feel from the song, all good.

not ambient

Good job for your like 3rd song, but this is in the wrong genre; it's primarily ....drumNbass?...techno?.. I'd put it in dNb if I were you lol.

Anyway those effects you used were really cool as well as the melodies being really good, but try to master it better so that I can hear the guitar sounding thing because the bass seems to be taking up the whole volume and bumming out your other instruments.

Now here's something extra; not saying you have to, but if you can, complexify (is that even a word 0_o) your drum beat abit more with maybe different samples so it sounds more dnb-ey-ey-ey..ish...-like.
~OR~
if you're aiming for the ambient "relaxing" feel, slow down the drums to half speed or just take them away completely.

That may seem like alot of concrit (constructive criticism) but this is just me nitpicking and finding out small things. Other than that, your song is good.

Keep it up! ~DjDO~
