you could become good

Pretty good for a first song. Alot better than MY first song. It's too bad to be on NG. I'm am 100% sure it would get a score of like 2.3 (overestimated guess). If you keep on working on your skills, (took me 6 months cause I started in april 2009) you could make some really good jumpstyle/techno stuff. But try to add a background sound in there and make it not so repetitive. The surprising thing about this 1st song is that people would actually dance to this.

this song is awesome. I totally hope nobody zerobombs this. that would suck. YOu deserve to be on top weekly with this type of stuff. Keep it up! Also, If you use FL Studio, how do you add a gating effect to a regular pad synth like synth string - seriphim for example? Explain it to me in the best way you can if you have time.

For the gate, I should ask are u using FL Studio 7 or 8. If it is 8, it is SOOOOOOOOO easy. If not, well em, I will think ;)

Get ur instrument linked up too an effects channel, then select Soundgoodiser. Muck around and u will find some setting u like. For a strings, mebbe use fruity love filter, and under presets find the "Gate" presets and muck about till u get something u want ;)

alot better than MY first audio (which isn't on NG). This is actually really good. You are really going somewhere with your music making career. Quite a relaxing song actually. But It fit's mainly in the trance genre. Seeing it's kinda trancy relaxing techno and also because of the title you have haha. KUTGW man. Continue your music making career, get famous.

oh my god

You definitely accomplished something with this song. And this "COULD" also possibly go into the pop genre and be on the top 20 on 20 XM radio but it is better in the techno genre. But yeah, YOU just got yourself a:

I have to say I am quite impressed. My only criticism would have to be the fact that it gets kinda repetitive after awhile. and hey, my brother "Isoken" is his username, uses that high pitched bell synth and moonray in his songs. you should check him out!

Yes, I understand you were bored but..

It has a nice tempo and all but please fix up that WAYYY distorted bas synth that sounds like a truck engine. And try to put some other sounds in there too. Add an extra melody in there also. And all you used was presets, try not to use too many presets in this songs, in fact, all songs. I'm not saying it's bad to use them, I'm saying it's bad to OVERuse them (lol people have gotten me wrong about that)

Pretty cool yo.

I like how you made the song sound so far away by putting reverb on everything. (echoey deep far tunnel large far away mountains effect). Yes I know it's a loop that plays the same thing over and over again, but just try to add abit more variety to it. Because to tell you the truth, it's just a teensy weensy bit repetitive. Maybe put another melody in. Anyway it's your choice.

N.I. (Needs Improvement)

All you did was just take 2 video game presets and 2 drum presets that need to play out more throughout the song. To tell you the truth, this song's melody and drums sounded SOOO random. Put some background sounds in there and some other stuff too. fix up the melody please and master this.

Sorry about that overly long criticism, It's just that everytime I'm giving a song a low score, There had BETTER be criticism in my review. =)

Im sorry mate but i dont think you have any musical hearing if you think this is random. Granted its not a conventional pattern thats for sure. And who cares if a sound is a original, its not about the sound its about the composition afterall, why should i tamper with sounds if i already found what i needed being a retro 16bit analog.. wich is together with piano works the only thing i work with.
